It is usually a layout that doesn't fit how you live, or drawings too vague to build from. Decide it on paper, not on site. Changes on site cost the most.

I come to you, free. You receive a proposed layout and an itemised quotation, and take the time you need. Usually 1 to 3 months.
Your materials, your fittings and every drawing are settled on paper, before anything is built. Usually 3 to 6 months.
A plan at the start of each week and a progress video at the end of it, while your home is built. Usually 8 to 14 weeks.
We walk through the finished home together before your keys are returned to you.
About 6 to 12 months in total, from our first meet-up to the day you move in.

A render shows the look. The builder works from drawings: dimensions, specifications and construction details. I draw them so the design you approved is the one that gets built, with fewer questions on site.
