1.1 Agreement: These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and [Luna Studio, UEN: 53442054X] ("Designer," "we," "us," or "our"), operating under the laws of the Republic of Singapore. 1.2 Acceptance: By accessing, browsing, or using this website (the "Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. 1.3 Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Intellectual Property Rights (Strict Enforcement)

2.1 Ownership: All content on this Site, including but not limited to 3D renders, floor plan layouts, design concepts, sketches, photographs, videos, text, logos, and graphics (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of the Designer or our licensors and is protected by the Copyright Act 2021 of Singapore and international copyright treaties. 2.2 No Transfer of Rights: Viewing our portfolio does not transfer any rights to you. You may not use our designs to execute renovation works with another contractor or designer. 2.3 Prohibited Actions: You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Reproducing, distributing, selling, or licensing any Content.

  • Creating derivative works (e.g., taking our design and slightly altering it).

  • Removing any watermarks, copyright notices, or proprietary legends.

  • Using data mining, robots, or scraping tools to extract Content.

3. Nature of Information & Disclaimers

3.1 Visualizations vs. Reality:

  • Artist’s Impression: 3D renders and visualisations on this Site are artist’s impressions. Actual results may vary due to lighting, material availability, and site conditions.

  • Colour Accuracy: We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of colours accurately reflects the actual colour of the materials or paint. 3.2 No Professional Advice: The blog posts, tips, and general information on this Site are for educational purposes only. They do not constitute structural, architectural, or legal advice. You should not rely on this information as a substitute for professional consultation where site-specific measurement and structural analysis are required.

4. Service Engagement

4.1 Separate Agreement: These Terms govern the use of the website only. If you engage us for interior design or renovation services, a separate Letter of Appointment or Renovation Contract will be executed. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Service Contract, the Service Contract shall prevail.

5. User Submissions

5.1 License to Use: If you submit floor plans, photos, or requirements to us via the Site ("User Submissions"), you grant us a license to view and use these materials for the purpose of preparing a quotation or proposal for you. 5.2 Warranty: You warrant that you have the right to share such materials (e.g., you own the property or have the owner's permission) and that doing so does not violate the intellectual property rights of any third party (e.g., another architect's copyright).

6. Third-Party Links & Affiliates

6.1 External Sites: This Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., furniture suppliers, appliance brands, contractor portfolios). We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content or practices of these sites. 6.2 Affiliate Disclosure: Some links may be affiliate links, meaning we earn a commission if you purchase through them. This comes at no extra cost to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law: 7.1 "As Is" Basis: The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. 7.2 Exclusion of Damages: We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

10.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. 10.2 Mediation: In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through mediation at the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) before resorting to court proceedings. 10.3 Courts: If mediation fails, the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
