BTO 5 room

A Symphony Of Warmth

01 // The Strategy

Carving Out Focus

One of the biggest requests I get is for a home office, but sacrificing a bedroom feels like a steep price. So, we did something different. We integrated a long, dedicated study nook directly into the living area's joinery. It keeps the family connected—you can work while still being part of the evening rhythm, rather than being shut away behind a closed door.

Erasing the "White Box"

New BTO flats often feel sterile—just cold, white concrete boxes. To counter this, we went heavy on wood textures. By wrapping the carpentry and key touchpoints in warm timber tones, we instantly softened the acoustics and the mood. It’s about creating a home that feels like a warm embrace the moment you step in.

Bridging the Gap

We didn't want the dining table to just 'float' in the middle of the room. We anchored it with a custom island cabinet. This piece does triple duty: it's extra kitchen storage, a serving buffer for hosting, and the physical link that connects the culinary zone to the living space.
